When you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord ID, username, display name, and avatar. We do not request or store your email address or Discord messages. When you link a Minecraft username, we store that username against your account.
Purchase and payment processing is handled by Tebex. We store the purchase records Tebex sends us (product, price, transaction ID, and the in-game name attached to the order) to determine which perks and roles you're entitled to. We never see or store your payment card details.
Your data is used solely to run your account, apply store perks, manage Discord roles, and provide support. Admin actions on accounts are logged for accountability.
You can unlink your account by contacting staff on Discord. Signing out clears your session; deleting your Discord authorization from Discord's own settings revokes our access entirely.
