Make sure you've linked the same Minecraft username you used at checkout on your Account page. If it's still missing after a few minutes, open a ticket on Discord and our staff can trigger a manual sync.
Ranks are tied to active purchases. If a subscription expired, was cancelled, or a payment was refunded/charged back, the role is removed automatically. Check your Account page's purchase history for the reason.
Yes. Link your username with the leading "." exactly as it appears in-game (e.g. ".Steve") — don't remove the dot.
Refunds are handled through Tebex. Once processed, any roles or perks granted by that purchase are removed automatically.
